Fathers Day 2011

Wayne's Father's Day didn't go as we had planned, but it was still a nice day spent with our family. We had originally planned on going to church, out to lunch and then to the Brandin' Iron for family dancing. Instead, Wayne and Kya went to a friends college graduation, then to church, followed by getting horse/dog food with Elsie and Seth and then home for sandwiches. After lunch, we headed down to Norco to buy a new wheel for his wheelbarrow, but the place was no longer in business. Next, we went to several stores trying to find the perfect cowboy hat for Seth. Lastly, we stopped at Wendy's for dinner and came home to ride the horses. I am pretty sure it is his first Father's Day without his favorite steak & french fries, but I will be sure to make up for that sometime this week.

Here are all my cow folks on Father's Day!

Seth is LOVING his new cowboy hat! He also knows that he is only allowed to wear it when we go dancing, to the rodeo or out with the horses. It is not something that is to to be left laying around to get lost, dirty or stepped on.

Like Father, Like Son. Geez, aren't they handsome!?!
