Christmas Snapshots

I am finding myself taking a lot less pictures these days. This is actually a good thing, as it is going to take me about 10 years to just scrap the last 6 years. I am currently working on Elsie's 1st year album and then I can start working on our wedding and family albums.

Anyways, this is the only picture I took on Christmas morning. The kids have just found their gifts from Santa under the tree and are pretty excited with what he brought them. Kya got a wanna be American Girl doll, Seth got himself a lasso and Elsie got a baby doll.
After we opened presents, we went to church where Wayne preached his first ever Christmas sermon. He did an amazing job! From there we went to my parents house for a mini lunch and then joined all of our extended family for dinner at my aunts house. It is lots of fun for all the cousins to get together and see family (about 35 of us) we don't see on a regular basis.

On New Years Day we went back to my parents house to celebrate Christmas with my parents, brother's family and us, as it tends to be too overwhelming for us to exchange gifts on Christmas day.

The next week is when we get together with Wayne's brother and family, as they always spend a couple of weeks in Arizona over the Christmas vacation. This year we had an early lunch, exchanged gifts and then played with Kya's new Wii. Here is everyone dancing to the Just Dance Kids 2 dvd.
It was a lot of fun and a great workout!
