Groomsman of the Year!

Wayne was in his friend, Joe, wedding on Saturday. Joe is a huge Dr. Who fan, so he had all his groomsmen dress like one of the Dr. Who characters (light colored shirt, slacks and Converse shoes.)  The whole feel of the wedding was like being at a 1920's movie/theater show.  They held the wedding in a friends backyard on a limited budget and did a good job.

The wedding was a "Movie/Theater Theme", so the decor was all done in black & white with gold/silver accents. The tables were all covered in black linens with a sheer gold runner. The party favors were coke bottles.

Each table was assigned a movie name. Ours was Spiderman.

When we first arrived, we were handed a small box of popcorn and a bag that we could fill with candy. The bag had our name and table assignment.

The wedding cake was made out of cake pops! There were
5 flavors. This is an elegant way to serve desert while keeping the cost down. Love it!
