Labor Day

Aunt Alean is in town visiting her brother and sister-n-law, Jim & Edna. So we were invited over to visit, swim and have a BBQ. Jeff, Maureen & Kristina also came over to visit, and I must say it is always a treat to see them. Wayne and I talked today about how we wish they lived closer to us, so that we could see them more often. Plus, it is wonderful that they love our kids so much. (of course, who doesn't love them, they are great kids)

Elsie had lots of attention and was always able to find someone to hold her.
Seth is cutting his 2 year old molars, so he was feeling a bit clingy. Here he is wanting me to pick him up and hold him. Also, he fell down our front steps on Saturday and smacked his face pretty good. You can see the scabs under his left eye and on the corner of his nose. I should of taken a picture of him with his black eye on Sunday, it was narley.
Edna and Jeff relaxing by the pool, while Kya ran around pushing the stuffed dog in the grochery cart.
Elsie took 2 steps all by herself on Friday! I think she may be walking her 1st birthday. Here she is practicing with Aunt Alean.
Kristina was such a good sport to hang out and entertain our kids. They loved hanging with her too!

Kya buddied up with Jeff for a little while.

Elsie has also taken up pointing at everything and everyone. It is like she is saying "Gottcha!"

Here Maureen is doing a good job at keeping Seth from going into the house. There is Jim having a deep conversation with someone.
