Cousins & Sea World

We kicked off Spring break by meeting my parents and brother's family down at Sea World. We had lots of fun hanging out together and then ending the day with dinner.  We arrived about 20 minutes before everyone else, so we too advantage of having our picture taken with this sign and then played in Sesame Street area until they showed up. 

We stopped at Dolphin Point and enjoyed the very active young dolphins play.  At one point, a dolphin even went up on the slide out and the kids almost got to touch it.

After the show we went down below to watch the two mama whales with their calves.

We ended up breaking up into three groups for about an hour or so, as we all wanted to do different things.  The ride we wanted to go on had way to long of a wait time, so we headed over to see the penguins instead.  Kya was bummed she wasn't with us, but I promised that we would go there next time.

No one is brave enough to go on the ride, but posing for a picture in a raft is doable!

We are already looking forward to June when we can go back and play some more!
