Dyeing Easter Eggs

On Easter Eve, we gathered together to dye eggs. These would not be used in any egg hunt, just a fun tradition for our family. The eggs would later be used in salads and sandwiches.

Here the kids are anxiously awaiting for us to give them the okay to start dipping eggs into the dye. Elsie kept calling it TEA and wanted to drink it, so we had to keep an extra eye on her for sure!
My small attempt at being a bit artsy...

I love this picture of Elsie. She is so excited at the yellow egg coming out of the dye.

Kya did a great job at putting the eggs in and out of the glass containers all by herself.

Seth did a pretty good job too, but we did end up with a few cracked eggs in the end. That's okay, because I was going to crack them all later for sandwiches anyways. :-)

A really cute picture of Daddy and Seth.
